Hi my name is Denise Bertrim I started cooking at a very young age and loved it. My first job at 15 years old was in a deli where I learned about Jewish traditions. I later moved on to Canadian cooking and have continued to cook for 30 years. I started catering 8 years ago and opened my own family run business 7 years ago . I fully enjoy everything about catering from meeting the people to planning a menu , to setting up the event right through to cleanup. My passion is cooking .. I believe everything great happens when family and friends share a meal that is not only pleasing to the eye but the other senses too. Taste is the most important thing. I have perfected many dishes and our food is fresh.. Nothing frozen nothing pre made from fresh breads to hand made spring rolls. I take pride in delivering a meal that your guests will rave about long after the event.
